Ad Posting Rules

These rules govern the posting of ads on the "Currency Exchange" platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). By posting an ad, the user confirms that they have read and agree to comply with these rules.

1. General Provisions

  • The platform is intended for currency exchange between individuals. The administration is not a party to any transactions and does not accept funds.
  • Ads can be posted only after user registration.
  • The administration reserves the right to change the rules without prior notice. The current version is published on this page.

2. What is allowed

  • Ads for personal exchange of cash or non-cash currency between users.
  • Indication of: currency pair, rate, amount, city/meeting location, and preferred contact method.
  • Comments on additional meeting conditions (e.g., "at a bank branch," "weekdays after 6 PM only").

3. What is prohibited

  1. Fraud, extortion, or any illegal activity.
  2. Offers involving counterfeit or suspicious currency.
  3. Commission-based services, "turnkey" exchanges, or any indication that the poster is acting as an agent/intermediary.
  4. Links to scam/phishing websites or spam content.
  5. Ads with unrealistically low or high rates that are misleading.
  6. Offensive, discriminatory, or extremist content.
  7. Ads related to cryptocurrency exchange of any kind.

4. Ad Format

  • Structure: Amount, currency pair, rate, city/cities.
    Example: "Exchanging 1,000 USD to ILS at 3.71. Tel Aviv"
  • A brief comment is allowed (up to 250 characters).

5. Moderation and Removal

  • The administration reserves the right to reject, hide, or delete any ad without explanation.
  • Repeat violations may result in temporary suspension or deletion of the user's account.
  • Users may edit or delete their ads at any time.

6. User Responsibility

  • The user is fully responsible for the accuracy of the posted information.
  • The user agrees to comply with the laws of Israel and their own jurisdiction.
  • The user is solely responsible for verifying the counterparty and the authenticity of the currency.

7. Moderation Contacts

If your ad was mistakenly removed or blocked, please email support@cash-to-cash.com with the subject "Ad Unblock Request" and include your username.

Cash-to-Cash.com is a listings aggregator and does not participate in currency exchange transactions. We do not guarantee exchange rates; do not accept or hold funds; do not transfer money between users; and do not act as a payment intermediary. All exchanges are conducted directly between users. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the relevance of exchange rates, or accept liability for any losses incurred during the exchange process.
