When you arrive in Israel, the hardest part isn't finding good services — it's exchanging your cash at a reasonable rate. Exchange office rates can be as surprising as restaurant prices, and Telegram group listings are just an endless stream of messages with no sorting or filtering — where decent offers get buried beneath people channeling their inner Nathan Rothschild.

That's why we created Cash-to-Cash — a platform that solves all of these problems at once and helps you exchange cash at the most favorable rate available at the moment.

Here's how it works:

• We aggregate currency exchange offers from different sources, filter out the unreliable ones, and block scams — like remote transfers, crypto deals, and similar.
• You browse exchange offers sorted by rate and limited to the cities where you'd be comfortable meeting in person. Literally — the top of the list is the best deal available right now! (if sorted by rate)
• Or post your own offer. You specify what you want to exchange and for what, the amount, rate, and city — then wait for someone to respond. You can change the rate, edit the description, or delete the post at any time.
• And you follow safety guidelines. Confirm all deal details in writing, take screenshots, never send money before meeting in person. Check the bills before the deal — at an ATM or currency office. Only exchange cash face-to-face! Meet in public places — ideally, bring a friend or family member.

Can we guarantee that the rate at the meeting will match the one in the listing, the money won't be fake, and everything will go smoothly?

That's an important question! Since Cash-to-Cash.com does not hold a currency exchange license in Israel, we do not guarantee the exchange rate, do not accept or transfer funds, and do not act as a settlement agent. We simply provide a platform where users can post their listings, as well as aggregate links to similar listings we've found online. The actual exchange happens strictly between users directly. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the currentness of rates, or take any responsibility for potential losses. All risks and responsibility lie with you.
